6 Basic Beginner's Yoga Classes, ALL Friday Classes, June 22, 29, July 6, 13, 20, and 27
6 Classes, all on Fridays evenings from 5:30 to 6:30. These classes are for you if you are new to Yoga, and you would like a slower pace, allowing you to learn basic poses and yoga techniques without feeling lost. You will also learn how to use straps and blocks to help you ease into your poses. IF the Saturday times do not fit your schedule, YOU MAY save them to use after our opening in August when we offer more choices.
I understand that at any time during yoga, if I feel discomfort or strain, I should come out of the posture.
I may rest at any time during class.
I understand that it is my responsibility to listen to my body.
I understand that if I have any serious physical condition, I should notify my instructor before the start of each yoga class.
I understand that the facility nor Ready To Exhale is liable for any injuries or damage to person or property as a result of taking this class.
