RISE each morning with Gentle Yoga.
Waking and energizing your body and mind using gentle stretches, gentle backbends and flows.
This Yoga class is appropriate for beginners. Included may be a daily intention suggestion and guided meditations. Mix of Beginner, Advanced Beginner, and Intermediate Asanas (poses).
This morning yoga routine is a mixture of Hatha - Slowly stretching, strengthening core and improving balance, and Vinyasa - Creating flow, synchronized breath with movement.
This is a Gentle Class. The pace is slowed down, enabling you to focus on the moments you are in.
After this class, you will be invigorated, positive minded, and ready to take both into your day ahead!
